Nutella Jars

I think that the seal on Nutella jars is actually edible rice paper and you can eat it.

I have eaten 4 of them so far (I spread Nutella on it). Does anyone else eat the seals?

The lids are made from plastic, and plastics can be made from oil. Oil is just compressed plants and animals, so that should be fine to eat as well.
