NVIDIA 30xx WatchDogs promotion ENDS 30th Nov 2020 what will happen to our codes???

I can only suggest that we reach out to tech tubers and tech websites and see if they will cover this.
As it is quite scandalous to offer a free game promo that cannot be claimed/honored.

Negative press and bad social media feedback seen by the masses is the only thing these companies seam to care about these days.
It's easy to fob off an individuals that complain directly... it's a little harder when something is trending or going viral.

Overclockers got back to me and said that Ubisoft and Nvidia only sent a limited amount of codes. So if you haven't received it by now, the chances of getting one is very slim.

I think I'll be cancelling my order and waiting until the stock situation is better.

I didn't pay £1500+ but price has nothing to do with it. It's principle. Don't advertise something if you can follow through with it.
If you hadn't realised there's more GPUs being sold than product codes available, not to mention a pandemic so I'm sorry if your product is late and you don't get a free extremely poorly optimised game but people are dying and businesses are failing and lagging behind with lack of staff and production rates are down due to you know, the planet being infected by a virus.

I'm not even going to look but I can just about 100% guarantee there's a "while stocks last" clause in the small print

I hope not. I don't want CoD Cold War.
So trade the code to someone who was going to buy CoD in return for a game (or multiple games) of equivalent value you DO want

Get off your high horse mate. We're all in the same boat. It's hardly my fault that some are more financially stable than others.

If it makes you feel better, I bought 10 different 2080 Ti's and only 2 of them came with free games, my titan rtx came with nothing, neither did my 3070.

Lol, there's next to no cards been produced so far, whoever is to blame for lack of codes the line peddled of 'sales are outstripping codes' is an insult to your inteligience never mind mine.

How many codes did Nv release worldwide, 3?
Probably, I mean why release more codes than that when their 3090 can't even hit 60 fps on it? Not exactly a good advertisement for their GPUs.

I know its probably not a very good solution given that the game should have been free for most people, but you can purchase Ubisoft+ for about 12 quid, it gives you access to Watchdogs legion and Assassins creed Valhalla when it comes out, plus a whole other bunch of fairly decent games, this is what I have done as I didn't even try to order a card.

It would be good to get clarification from OCUK what their take is. The 30 November deadline is approaching fast and at current rates of supplies, they will end up sending out a lot of expired codes. Maybe they're betting on a sudden improvement in availability. They're still taking pre-orders for some reason, so they must be hoping they can deliver on these within a reasonable amount of time. All other UK retailers stopped taking pre-orders over a month ago, so they might just be naive.

Having said that, this problem has been created solely by Nvidia. They caused the supply problems and they set the arbitrary 30 November deadline (rather than, say, x weeks after delivery). Nvidia's forums might be a better place to raise this.

i bought my 3090 on day of release & my order actaully states with Legion game code as a separate line item & have been told will get it on arrival. if i dont then i will be going back to the third party provider requesting a code then informing all media of the issue

strange, go on the bay, you will see hundreds of listings for WD Legion, low at £18, but you need a 30 series card to activate the game , lol

thing is where did all these codes pop up from?
