nvidia 3D kit issues..

So i have recently purchased a 23" 120hz 3D ready monitor and 3d vision kit. however for some reason i cant get it to work. The drivers wont install correctly and it wont install the IR emitter.

Would this be a driver issue? i know my PC can more than handle it.

Any suggestions on how i could fix? Really would appreciate some help because i want to get this working now that iv spent the money...

I recently purchased a 23" 120hz monitor and 3D vision. I just downloaded the latest nVidia drivers and installed them. I had no problems. My IR emitter is plugged into the USB on the back of my PC and not thru a hub.

Have you got windows 7? Do you install the drivers "As Administrator"?

You could always try and re-download the drivers again.
 
my IR emitter is also plugged in the back. ive just installed all of my nvidia drivers again and when iv re-pulgged in my IR emitter it just flashes red.

do you know how to completely uninstall nvidia drivers?
 
Try the latest beta drivers, when installing choose "Advanced setup" and sleect the "Clean Install" option. This will remove the old stuff and put the new one on. What graphics card are you running btw? Is it 3D Vision ready?
 
i think im going to re-install windows. fully install the latest graphic drivers and 3d vision drivers (not from the disk). and then see if that works. because my drivers are all over the place at the moment.

im using an asus gtx480 which is 3d enabled.
