NVIDIA 5000 SERIES - ***NO COMPETITOR HINTING***

I just saw a photo of the queue at a competitor. Finger's crossed they all get what they want cos it's way too cold even if you bring a thermos and some blankets.
think only the first few will get 5090s if that's what they are there for. some were just standing in a queue last night at 11pm no tent a few were on deck chairs

A few prices went up for the PNY 5090 in Switzerland... they are advertised at 2500 CHF (2300 GBP).

They have dedicated stock for in-store only purchases and those who queue according to the numerous emails I've been getting from them ... 9 hour round trip for me from London to Manchester so won't be getting one that way
They have dedicated stock for in store purchases and system builds so either they have the lions share or people have wasted their time.

Sticking with my 4090 50 series is a joke ..and Robin will be more of the same i think if AI has anything to do with it ..

I don't think any reviewer has actually said they are bad cards, right? Just the uplift isn't huge?

Will my little Ryzen 7700X be able to make use of a 5080?

I cannot foresee any timeline where I would be desperate enough for a pc part to queue up like that lol.
