Pretty much.I don't think any reviewer has actually said they are bad cards, right? Just the uplift isn't huge?
Will my little Ryzen 7700X be able to make use of a 5080?hh
It’s just not the uplift people wanted/exoected.

Oh please. If the 5090 was like 70%-80% uplift over the 4090 and not the 25-30% you, me and next door dog would be shivering in the cold and rain make no mistake!!!! You bring the tea and I will bring the sarnies.I cannot foresee any timeline where I would be desperate enough for a pc part to queue up like that lol.

I think I queued up for the ps2 launch. Luckily I live in a small town so there was only one person in front of me.I have never queued up for anything like a console launch and it's not going to change for a GPU. I mean I spent the last week playing dos games because I discovered exoDOS.

Shockingly the Asus Tuf is one of the 'cheaper' models. Usually they gouge your eye sockets out.
I think it will be mid-tier pricing here. £2350-2450, but let's see. They are solid cards now so have slowly crept up from being considered and priced at the entry level/MSRP.Shockingly the Asus Tuf is one of the 'cheaper' models. Usually they gouge your eye sockets out.

I remember midnight launches back in the day for games like Halo 2 and other games. It was so cool, such a great atmosphere.I queued up for GTA San Andreas!
roughly what queue number are you? Rather than saying "Good luck getting one" like a lot on here, I genuinely hope you get one, fair play.heh I am in that pic
or how good the 4090 is?
1k for a night of queuing.I wonder how many of the people in that photo actually want the card to use and how many are just in it for the profit opportunity
