Nvidia 6600 standby problem

Just changed from an Ati GFX Card to a Nvidia 6600 in My HTPC ( Media Center PC)
With no other changes etc I can not get the PC out of Sleep, Thats S3 (suspend to ram) I have tried everything, any help would be much appreciated

S1 sleep works
S3 enters ok....resumes with no video ?
must be a Nvidia problem ?

did you properly remove the old ati drivers? if not then thats probably your problem

Certainly did + drive cleaner and reg cleaner

spent all day editing and flashing nvidia bioses......problem is not simple I think, starting with the fact I can not identify the make of GFX card...one of my Stupid ebay moments
