I moved from an 8800gtx to a 470gtx and was blown away with the performance increase

If you have a good PSU then get a GTX 295 they are cheap as chips now

Im also looking for something to replace one of these but it needs to be between £30 to £60 second hand?

Im surprised you are getting such low framerate in cs:s, i run an 8800gt at 1680x1050 and have never experienced framerate issues. Usually have more issues trying to find a decent server these days.
What resolution do you game at as you havent mentioned?
