Only noticed on my desktop PC because I checked for it - very different on my laptop tho - the area above the GPU is now only slightly warm (as it should be) on prevous 195+ drivers it was hot too the touch bordering on uncomfortable.
 
I also noticed a slight drop in temps on my sli gtx 275's when switching from 197.45 to 257.51, though i havent tried this latest beta set yet.
