It probably is foxconn but the actual argument 'but wouldn't you think that when everyone believes this, it must be true to some extent?' is flawed.
A lot of people believe a lot of things but it doesn't mean it's true.

Well on this board that argument does usually hold true, a lot of people here know much more than your average tech freak. It's information that's probably not publicly available as it's really none of the public's business where the cards are made.
