Unfortunately this isn't an option for me, but thanks for the advice.If you have a spare empty hard drive, I'd personally do a fresh install with the latest motherboard and graphics to totally rule out a software issue before going down the possibly long and annoying RMA route.
It does however appear that the card is faulty, if you can RMA with KFA2 direct vs a retailer, I'd go with KFA2 every time.
