Uninstalled 300 and installed 301.10 over the top, FXAA doesn't work in BF3 atleast not that i've noticed but Adaptive Vsync does!. Having NO input lag or atleast hardly any while having vsync on is perfect for me, didn't see the frame rates drop out either lowest it went to was 57/58.

If the game supports FXAA native then you cant force it at driver level.
