Hi all.

I currently have 335.23 driver on my GTX 560Ti (the latest one I believe)

Direct X Runtime: 11.0

Should i be running this or should i be using an older driver?

I will be getting my GTX 770 Shortly, will this effect what driver i should go for to run P3D/FSX the best?

Cheers

As an aside I've had some issues with the 337.88 on my mobile chips (260m and 675m) - the 675m is basically a desktop 560 - whereas 337.50 work fine, not sure if its just a problem with the notebook drivers as I've not tried on any of my desktop systems yet which are still on 337.50.

Basically 50/50 chance of the system failing to boot at the point it loads the GPU drivers and then 50/50 chance of a BSOD when shutting down (also sometimes the same BSOD when doing things like changing resolution or opening the nVidia control panel though those weren't very frequent) - going back to the betas and it was fine.

Latest drivers are 337.88, I'd say update em (no issues with em). When you get your 770 just shutdown, swap card and boot back up - it'll work fine

not necessarily, i have 2 friends who have bought 770's in the last few weeks, and both of them had to do a fresh install to get their 770 to work, weird i know but the system simply detected the gpu as a generic graphics card. one friend came from an amd card not sure what, and the other from a gtx 480, the gtx 480 one i had a look at myself, i used driver sweeper no luck, did windows updates no luck, did a bios update no luck, updated intel chipset drivers no luck, format did the trick.

my gtx770 is doing something similar i think. i downloaded the 337.88 driver, uninstalled the old one and when installing it says i havnt got compatible graphics software. ive had to do a system restore and when i ask it to check for updates it says it has the latest driver but it isnt. not sure how to get round it. its an evga gtx770 sc acx

Hi guys
The 770 arrived this morning, I went onto Nvidia site and installed the 337.88 driver, with no apparent issues?

Am I just lucky?

Cheers
