Nvidia forceware 197.45 WHQL

Single GTX260 is fine for 1680x does pretty well at 1920+x but I added a 2nd one which makes a world of difference - everything except crysis is silky smooth silly high fps. Crysis runs like crap on anything anyhow.

If your running an SLI setup deffinatly, for single card probably not much difference but does have better support for newer games. They don't appear so far to have any of the problems of 195/196 drivers.

Ive updated to new version and seem some fix bugs but nothing else - wee improvement in SLI mode - same as previous version plus add some fixes, etc.

I found the 197.13 gave me quite a boost in some games and BC2 is smoother. Those set of drivers were meant to give the same performance improvements as the 197.45.

197.45 is better IMO, tho a lot of the benefits are multiGPU as I said - its even smoother for me than 197.13 in a lot of games.

Fixes a video playback issue in Media Player Classic.

The MPC bug is still there for me (++ stuttering when playing certain AVI files).

I've rolled back to 196.21 for now (bug is present in all 197.xx series afaik)... Fail fix :(

Hmm ok, installed the x32 197.45 set on my mum's PC (8800GT and Vista HP 32-bit), and there is no AVI stuttering... both comps have only the latest version of CCCP installed.

Maybe there is still a problem on x64 machines and/or with the GTX cards.
