something fantastic is brewing with these new drivers. nvidia inspector spots a new feature added. a frame rate limiter.

I updated to this driver last night and I've had a couple of driver crashes in BF3 already, both were after a couple of rounds of play. But performance seems fairly good. I'll probably try it with skyrim tonight, which where this driver release seems to be focused.

I don't know if you guys are noticing this too, but my average frames per second is lower than before but it feels a lot smoother... weird.
