** NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 900 SERIES PRICE DROP!! **

Are you guys going to do any currency hedging to try and limit any immediate fluctuations?

Maybe, but I leave that kind of stuff to the FD, but even if we did it would only be a few million and were now doing around 5-6M turnover per month so it would not last long.

I'll see where we stand at the end of next month, I may be forced to go for a 980 providing the stocks allow.

I don't think the 980 even makes sense at this price... Early benchmark leaks (not to be trusted yet) puts AMD's RX480 slightly ahead and will hopefully be £200-240

You know if the pound got stronger and once stock was improved that would be possible, but with the UK now looking like it could leave the EU well it is never going to happen, prices will only go up, the pound has weakened every day over the past week. Our landed cost are going higher and higher. :(

We need to stay in the EU, because then nothing changes and the pound will strengthen.

If we leave EU the GBP will crash, recession could happen and the benefits may not come for a long time if at all.

It is nothing short of a disaster! :(

If the cost of living goes up, usually the average salaries go up too. However that hasn't happened over the last couple of decades really, cost of living is up a bit but people's wages aren't. So when do I hang myself?

Just as well I ordered some SSDs and upgrade parts now before the votes go through. The future of PC components is looking bleak it seems...

All that said, I have no clue what's going on in politics right now, for all I know, things could improve after an initial rocky start.

I see it a bit like the Scottish independence vote, the Yes(Leave) campaigners were very vocal but the No(remain) came through in the end.

You're taking the ****.

No-one should vote to remain just to suit OCUK profits. You are no economist either - you haven't got the first clue what you're talking about Gibbo, so stick to what you're good at thanks.

Sorry, I'm voting OUT.

We can lose the 10% trade tariffs imposed on non EU countries. We can do what we want with VAT, even get rid of it altogether, as its an EU imposed tax.

Nice scare tactics. I think David Cameron has hacked your account Gibbo...

Jesus a triple quote attack

It was a valid statement, irrespective of what happens the period of uncertainty is not going to benefit anyone when it comes to importing products.

I wouldn't call it a valid statement as much as an outcry for EU unity and warning of impending disaster if it goes the 'wrong' way. Fear tactics no less transparent than those the Government have been employing. I am not saying there isn't a vein of truth woven in to it all, but the rhetoric only serves to inflame and actually push people away. If you take that kind of language as verbatim and FULLY believe that will be outcome if we do leave the EU, then god knows why we were ever allowed to be given the choice to vote on this lol!

I vote in!

If we leave lets see what happens to GBP and if I'm wrong fair enough and if I'm right I'll post here and tell you I said so. :)

The UK will be fine no matter what, its all fear and bluster. 60M people will buy and sell stuff, hell if someone in Iran farts oil prices go up and everyone moans, can you stop someone farting just by expressing an opinion?.

I say sell us items at what you think is a good price, as consumers and voters we make our decisions. Stay out of politics and accept what is decided, it will all work out once a certain way forward is established.

In or out, let the people decide.

You are now the second person I know who is 'Voting In' in the Stoke area, there might be a few other closet 'In's in the area as well but they are too ashamed to say. ;)
