Yup, and even at the measly 1% of 'business' rate (which it sure ain't), it equates to 42,000 per year, thus 3,500 per month for doing nothing ;) So the longer they hold on to that money, the more they make, thus, keep the pre-orders open :)

3,500 per month = 5 x cards @ 700 they can gain or write off. ;)

What queue position are you Sir? lol

Requested a refund 3 days ago, they still havent even cancelled my order yet.
Seems they're just as slow at giving back people their money.

If its not done by friday im just gunna call the bank and charge back, i've never known such an incompetent company

I believe they said that more than 1000 orders were made before they were able to remove the code from the website so actually more orders show the code than they can deliver.

You could be 9th and it wouldn't make a difference if nothings really being dispatched. You're much better keeping your cash and looking elsewhere. Each day there's a few crop up on competitors. ive seen a couple of tuf oc today in stock. If you're not fussy on brand of card then you could have yourself something (at a slightly higher price if you bought here early) within a week and be enjoying it like a lot of others have done :)

I don't understand where your seeing these few cards pop up. I've been looking constantly every day and I'm seeing nothing except the ones on Amazon at about 1300. And I'm not overly fussy which card I get other than about 2 or 3 I don't like

Yes... I’m losing any respect too. Actually ordered several times since my card order, and for the most part had no issues. The whole lack of cards is both worrying and depressing, but worst of all - they’re already showing the new AMD processors at an inflated price. Seriously wtf? Not even on sale yet and you’re adding £30 to the 5900x and £50 to the 5950x. Pretty appalling in my eyes...
 
Reading through these threads and going through the forums, have OC staff just stopped caring? I don't see any meaningful recent replies from GIBBO regarding concerns by many that have put in decent money to buy their GPU's, yet see he is still active in the stock market realm. I am in the queue for the Eagle and now nearing 2 months since order, not a single card shipped, with no satisfactory updates.

Yeah I'm not ordering my Zen3 from OCUK.
They are far from being the cheapest online UK retailer that much is certain.
 
Well I'm glad I'm actually out of this horror show. Managed to catch one of the Discord guys in a good mood on Tues to ask about the fact that my cancellation hadn't been looked at in a few days, he got it cancelled there and then, and the money was back with me yesterday. THAT is what customer service should be at all levels of the company.

In comparison, I placed an order with a competitor for a 3070 Strix OC after they reopened preorders, and have already received two personalised updates via email updating my delivery date and queue position... Almost seems like a luxury after the last month or so.

They have long forgotten about this thread mate,
Its put up or shut up now it seems
 
I think my watch is over, telegram notification of FE stock in France, rrp too. Lucky for me I have family there so the domestic shipping was a non issue, might wait for the card a week longer for them to send it to UK, but beats any retailers here atm. Stay strong people.

Must've been the OC version or for SI. Ive been sitting in 4th position for the trinity non oc for a couple of weeks now. Only reason i haven't cancelled or bothered to look elsewhere is that im this low in the queue, but damn sure ain't doing business here anymore.

seriously though. At lease once they have it and you know its on the way here you wont have to worry about trusting what oc tell you :D - Thats whats bothering people here. Its the not knowing.

Yes it seems so. Says a lot about the company doesn't it. When they ran out of excuses they turned to lies and it seems even they have now run out.

We even know that they have had cards delivered this week, but none coming out,. All of this with massive, fully paid-up queues, while continuing to take orders. You simply couldn't write it.

It was only a matter of time before people saw that something was going on. Proshop, a retailer in Denmark, a country with a population of less then 6 million made headlines for their lack of 3080 supply. But somehow, despite being newsworthy in terms of how badly they have been treated, they still have received far far more cards than OC will lead us to believe that they had received.
 
@GIGA-Man I appreciate you have many other things to do other than read these forums but can you look into something for us,

You mentioned a teens amount of cards arriving last week,
Ocuk claim there have not received a single eagle 3080 since the 21/9,
I spoke with one of you colleagues on discord, aorus uk and ie vender rep,
He informed me OCUK had a delivery on the 30th of october, something OCUK deny,

As you can see there seems to be a stand off,
Some of us are now becoming concerned that OCUK and using the cards else where and not distributing them to the many people in a queue,
We are aware other places have received eagle 3080s, yet OCUK continues to say gigabyte are flagging,
Even if you dont reply could you please please find out what on earth is going on,
I feel some are starting turn their hate towards gigabyte
