You should join stock alerts on discord. You get notified as soon as stock is available. That's how I got mine.

I'm using the 3080 PartAlert on Telegram right now. Been following it for a solid month but there's just so many people on there. Might also try out the Discord. I've heard that Telegram alerts are usually a bit faster.

Closest I've come to getting one was when I paid for it and everything just for my order to end up cancelled. Guess I ordered too late on that one :/

Getting a bit bored of being glued to my phone tbh. I'm 40 in a queue for my card as of today, just gonna wait for the next email now. It is ridiculous how fast you have to be before missing out.

The 40 ish Trio cards that got dispatched today were not mentioned at all in the Update thread, either as incoming delivery or even as arrived, so take anything in the Update thread with a pinch of salt, when he bothers to grace us with a presence he uses vague and uninformative expressions that never seem to translate into the same amount dispatched.

Yep... Since I spend most of my time on the computer now, I get to the alerts right away and I'm always late somehow. The times when I'm not, the website just starts dying lol. What sucks most are all the scalping official retailers that muddy the waters even more.
 
I wonder if the non OC TUFs that were coming in have already shipped. I seem to have moved like 25 places but they had an OK amount coming in. Also I never got an update email besides the regular weekly one.

MSI Gaming Trio. Went from 234 to 178. Been keeping an eye out for it elsewhere with a certain alerting twitter account for parts. But if you think this wait is bad. I ordered a valve index in April and did not see it until August. When it came I vowed I would not play Alyx until I built my brand new pc. Still waiting on that last part...

Ok thats a lie, I've had a wee go. But I didn't get the shotgun yet.

They only do weekly email now, too much like hard work to do the ones after stock dispatch. Only 19 ish cards were dispatched the rest from an OK shipment went elsewhere as usual.
 
Well I have made it to #506 in the queue for an Asus Strix OC that was ordered on the 24th September so no chance this side of Christmas!

The way things are going, the wait for the 3080 could well beat your index wait for plenty of us. Pos 150 for the gaming x was told maybe January, so you could be as late as February, and I could be March - currently 350.
 
I ordered an Oculus quest 2 meanwhile. No delays on that Our families' first VR, should be some fun over Christmas. For the kids mainly, as it will make me want to be sick within seconds...!
