*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Wish we had any info on the TUF non-OC, seems like none have shipped and there's been nothing posted about when an expected shipment will be arriving. Or am i mistaken?

There are rumours that they aren't even being made currently. OCUK get quite defensive when pressed about it too which doesn't help, and ASUS support aren't replying very quickly to confirm or deny said rumours.

Good news for Inno3d orders!

Inno3D are shipping us a close to large shipment of 3080's end of this week / early next week, ETA will be before end of this month, on the shipment shall be Twin X2 OC, X3 and X4 3080's :)

A... close to large shipment?? It's like OCUK have a list that says "<10 = small, 25+ = large" and so on and they're getting 24. Why not just say actual numbers? This is ridiculous?

Even just saying "less than 10" or "more than 25" would be better than random vague statements.

Long time lurker...

Understanding that no-one here is clairvoyant, but has anyone seen shipment of ASUS non-OC cards? I gather ASUS media reps are saying both cards are produced in equal volumes (question mark of that statement aside). Gibbo has referenced STRIX OC stock coming in consistently, but it seems strange there are still entire SKU lines not recieving low digit number of cards/week.

Happy to wait in a queue for products if stock (even in very low amounts) is coming in steadily. The idea of waiting in a static queue for months is less appealing.

they do have such a list,
Wont give you exact number so they can put them in new builds lol,
Tbh not even the reps are allowed to say exact numbers for some reason, i remember a post from the giga rep saying he would love to tell us but cant

Consistently? This is the FIRST shipment of Strix, of any variety

In this post @Gibbo told us

Less than 50 is small, more than 50 is average, more than 100 is big and more than 1000 is a dream.

So I will use less, average, big and a dream to help give people an idea but were not allowed to post exact numbers.

Now a pedant might point out that large isn't on that list (and I am one), but I'd assume big and large are the same, so we are talking 80-100ish?

I couldn't resist :D
