*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Don't bother ringing Inno3d themselves, they don't have any information themselves on the shipments. They clarified that the Nvidia supply is terrible and that it won't be improving in the coming months. They said ring OCUK as they're the ones that should be providing us with the information - which they currently aren't.

BUMP.

There's a lot of misdirected hate in this thread towards OCUK. Sure, updates aren't frequent or are vague, but what else do you want them to do if they themselves don't have any further information or updates to share?
I think OC might be regretting providing this forum. Its noticeable that none of the "other" retailers that folks on here are so keen on have one.

So basically the small amount of 3080 Ventus which shipped out of the MSI factory the 31st of October are due in the next couple of days. What happened to the large amount of Trio's that shipped the 23rd of October?

what happened to the “OK” amount of Ventus that changed it to a “small” amount.

why can’t they be open and stop talking in damned riddles !!!!? Say how many OC!

@Gibbo you still didn't clarify which cards do or do not fall under "most". Can we get some clarification because it honestly just feels like you're too lazy to type out the list of ~10 cards right now. You're getting hopes up for people who wont receive cards.

Maybe inno3d are included, maybe not, who knows?? Gibbo most likely...

I was even defensive of OC earlier in the day. But reading previous updates then seeing nothing but silence when they don't turn up is mind boggling. And they're not even updates for a card I'm waiting on.

Whoever is at the top making these decisions needs to take a long hard look at how much they're ******* everyone off here. Dangling a carrot then ignoring people that had a nibble.

Honestly, if you're not customer service Vs sourcing the cards - fine. Then put someone in charge of updating people and give them the tools to do their job.

At this point it really is coming off like they're intentionally trying to upset people.

Perhaps the people at the top really don't care....seems that way to me.

They could stop selling lies, that would be a start.
What lies exactly? They're selling you pre-orders and adding you into a queue and shipping it when it arrives to the next person in the queue. It's a perfectly transparent procedure. They don't give you any ETA on when you'll get one, which isn't great for us consumers, but doesn't commit them to promising them to customers on x date and then missing. The only thing they could improve on is their communication. For example, listing all the cards in a table and if there's no update, specifically state "No further update at this time".

Stop anymore pre orders from this point until they do have a clue

Not give misinformation on upcoming shipments

Not lie about when we might get a card before ordering, was told by their sales team before Christmas before I paid, week after I paid I am 1180 in the Strix OC que with 0 hope before February at this rate

Those 3 might be a good start
If they told you before Christmas, then they made a mistake. They don't have to stop pre-orders, as per my above post. The issue isn't with OCUK in terms of delivery, it's with Nvidia and the AIBs.

Swings both ways really, a powerful platform to promote products and raise your profile when all is golden, but a swift backlash when things happen like this...

We have been asking for better communication since the start, it took them 3-4 weeks to get the Queue Emails in place after being pestered constantly, we even had a customer provide spreadsheet which gave more info than they provided.
The latest Spreadsheet (again made from forum contributions) is at least a help in tracking numbers of cards etc.
