Maybe you guys should run a raffle for Nvidia (and maybe AMD?) GPUs like BOX does? Not to get one for free but to be allowed to pay for one. Should do a number of bots.

our systems are sorted for "new" shipments. DHL is working but DPD are still a problem. If you have an order that hasn't shipped yet you could drop a message in the customer service section of the forum with your order details. When the CS guys have time between calls they'll let you know what options are open to you.

Those customers whose orders shipped with DPD and were returned to us, unfortunately, there's still no easy answer. Because of the way that VAT works, you've already paid VAT, it's been invoiced and we can't legally edit an invoice after dispatch....and both couriers are going to want you to pay again if we ship your orders.

So does this mean we will finally get queue updates for the people that haven't had theirs ship?

I wouldn't have thought so, not unless you contact CS and resolve the overarching issue...that being DPD are still being gits so we can't unfreeze the order until that's resolved.

Lol true haha I'm the worst for doing that lol only to mates tho haha ,If only decoys still team killed.... lol got someone a 7 day ban once first round, he was a dick so me and my mate stood on his decoy and shot eachother in the head once each with p250 before it exploded, Insta teamkill decoy 7 day ban.(he must have been on cool down anyways haha i didn't feel bad.) Lol
 
So is there any sort of vague timeframe at all for the dpd issue being sorted to ireland for the orders that were sent back ? Or any details on what is being done right now about it ?Really starting to just think about having it sent anyway and paying the vat twice at this point but would obviously still prefer not to :( completely fed up with this situation entirely.
 
A competitor received a shipment of Zotac 3080's apparently (no non-oc though), which gives me hope. Means they're being produced.

Yep. Shipping with DHL not DPD. VAT refunded and I'll need to pay VAT and customs before delivery. Supposed to arrive on Monday. Which is all fine by me, it'll still work out cheaper than the alternatives. Irish orders are being fulfilled. Really made my Friday tbh.
