Literally what the £$%$£% is going on??? Nearly 2 months later and still no sign of my card arriving... Worst purchasing experience in a very long time!

OCUK must have some idea as to when ASUS Strix OC cards are due in???

The ineptitude of your company to keep in contact with your customers is diabolical. Other companies in the UK are getting regular stock of all cards and yet the 'buying power' that you guys claim to have ceases to exist, your a joke!

I have spent over £10k with your company, £5k in my last order alone and my loyalty along with everybody else's on this forum means nothing to you.

If I cancel my order im back to square one, you have everybody here by the balls and I for one won't defend you anymore, its your fault we don't have our cards or codes for the free games or the interest on our £1,500+ money...

Whilst I agree with your sentiment entirely about lack of communication lack or cards is not their fault and either is the game codes.
It’s all to do with the communication even the game code situation was not communicated properly.
Edit: Don’t get me wrong I’m ****ed off too. I just don’t know who to direct it at.
Communication is poor but the delivery’s under 30 are ridiculous. Hell under a 100 is pretty bad but thought it would have improved enough that we weren’t waiting 2 weeks for a few cards.

Ordered a 3090 fe got it yesterday and codes come in email 1 hour later for cod
The codes are still available throw competition

Code for which game ? I know it was initially Watchdogs legion. But OC only got 1000 which was badly communicated (no surprises) and were all used up with the 3080 orders. There has been no communication (noticed a pattern here) about the cod codes now offered.

Other sites and companies ARE getting the stock in much higher numbers, check scan, they took 500 preorders for Asus models and are now into the 300s or less, they post daily updates and get a lot more stock.

Not only is this overclockers and nvidias faults combined but there is something badly wrong with the fact that they have done nothing to appease us, 2 months interest in £1,500, goodwill, free items, even an apology instead of just passing the blame..

Sorry, not my intention.

What i meant is that if OCUK have an issue with me quoting names of competitors in a free country where I am allowed to say what I want as long as its factual then let them punish me because my interest alone from the 3090 I ordered on release day will easily cover the cost of this forum for a little while not to mention everyone else's interest.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone here but some of you need to open your eyes and stop just blaming nvidia for the failures in supply.

Either this is all a plan to drive up sales and inflate prices or its something else. If stock magically appears when AMDs card comes out you will know all of this was on purpose to take as much money as possible from us and hold us over a barrel

Mate I couldn’t agree with you more.
 
Think it’s pretty crazy for those who moan about Strix not turning up. The Strix card alone is giving same impact everywhere. Biggest problem is other 3090 appears and feel where’s Strix, we have to stop comparing what they receive as they didn’t specific which card they got etc.

have said in past, I’ll say again if you aren’t happy then you are free to take your money back whenever you want so they aren’t holding you ransom, you choose to wait in the queue like myself. Aware I can get 3090 sooner if I don’t care what it is as long it is 3090. I choose to get Strix and that’s my choice, nobody forced me to choose.

yes disappointed with game code, this is down to Nvidia as they updated the bundle, it should applied to those that hadn’t been dispatched(my view) hope those who got their Strix shipped today can confirm they got the code or not.
 
While I'm not worried whether my card will be shipped or not, I'm worried about how long this will take. As a customer who ordered the card at launch, this concerns me very much. While your ability to handle the shipment is very good (ordered a CPU cooler Friday, arrived at Monday morning), The order taking this long to fulfill has started to give me a second thought about ordering a GPU again.
 
Am sure RX 6000 will have same issues, ASUS already given out warning about it being low in stock etc.

I’ve manage to order 5900x via bundle at other place so look forward to see if it actually turn up.
