Cheers they’ve had them for days now and all above RRP.... a couple of other places have some also just none of the particularly sought after cards and or any anywhere near rrp
 
well I know they might be a little over RRP But if you ring them and ask whats the best they can do (Like I did for the i9 10900k they will usually drop a little, I just thought for those who were desperate for the cards it might help :)

Yeh me 2, im still quietly waiting. The fact OCUK have not once come into this thread for along time or if at all really gets my goat. I am one of the people who will never come here to order again
 
I gotta say I'm hugely impresses with my 3090 FE.

All I've done is maxed out power and temp sliders and 50mhz on core clock and my card runs at a constant 2025mhz at 50-55 degrees. Fan curve is pretty much standard and goes up to 60% max.

Very, very impressed and so glad I cancelled here and got the FE on last weeks huge drop, cyberpunk is going to look incredible.
 
Well, my Palit Gamerock OC arrived and after much faffing about is now fitted. Wow, it's a big bulky card and with the included support had to mess with 6 expansion slots to fit it all in. Did some initial testing and looking good for 4K @ 60FPS in AC: Valhalla. Power draw is higher than I expected - at the wall figures though: 665W Performance mode (1995mhz), 640W Quiet mode (1950mhz). That's at 97% GPU / 18% CPU usage. A beast compared to the 360W my 1080 was pulling. Taking into account loses from wall to psu, I reckon it's utilising my 750W around 75%.
 
I struggle to understand how OCUK will remain in business carrying as they are.

Little to no updates compared to competitors - also process that are outrageous.

Just checked a 3090 that OC has had in stock for the last few weeks - £300 more expensive than a competitor which also has it in stock. That same competitor has so far given two stock/preorder updates today alone.

I've just had a couple of hours of Assassins Creed. Max card temp was 75 degrees. I didn't find the fans any more annoying than my case fans (or my old MSI 1080 fans). The only thing I did find is that when I rested the card on it's support bracket, the plastic diamonds vibrated against the support bracket which was really really annoying. But in the box they put a little gel pad which I assume was to go between the two. So I used that and all good.
 
Had my Aorus 3090 Xtreme since the 11th Nov, today have just noticed one of the leds had stopped working underneath by the fan, some of the curve shows up but not the whole of it, now unsure if should rma it or not...

That other seller is the best in the UK and have no reason to scalp, that is why Nvidia gave them the FE to sell.

it’s hard for me as that seller don’t stock much of EKWB stuffs compare to OcUK and OcUK sell EKWB stuffs at very good price. Once I made basket filled with EKWB I need from OcUK and did same at EK turn out OcUK is much cheaper and next day delivery.

so it goes down on what you are after.
