Nvidia GTX 970 and Assassin's Creed Unity

loving the game, and I have spent no money on microtransaction.

Game runs quite well on my rig and i love the graphics. I'm not a hardcore gamer I just like to enjoy games in whatever limited time I have these days due to family.

Microtransactions are just a short way to level up for the seriously rich or silly I guess. You never ever need to touch them.

So easy to jump on the hate bandwagon, seen it before with games that get bad reviews which some of us find enjoyable. All the readers or mindless sheep jump on the hate bandwagon. Then theres silly comments like i have liked none of the ac series and this one won'nt change my mind....well isnt that a bit obvious!

No because I am not supporting a game selling full price with microtransactions...I still have respect for the money I earn thanks!

@Neil79 probably, mostly them being nice with journalists... :D

I finished it and cannot say I even noticed there was micro transactions tbh.

It's no where near as broken as it was made out to be which is why I asked if you had played it. From start to finish I had one crash and a couple of glitches which tbh is quite good for any new game release.

It's not the greatest game and the story is a bit week but it is not that bad and has some very good parts latter on.

+1 seems to be running okay for me too, albeit at 1080p. Don't get all the hate for micro transactions either, it doesn't exactly force you to use it does it. It's no different for me than the season pass tripe we seem to get with every game these days, some of which are crap, tiny bits of DLC that should have been in the game from the off (new costumes etc)

I have the GALAX GeForce GTX970, got Assassins Creed Unity as well and I get FPS values ranging from 40-60FPS (give or take).

While yes, the game has obvious bugs that Ubisoft have now informed the community they're fixing it may just either be a one off case with you with those FPS or Fraps could be the cause.

Use the overwolf FPS checker and see if that displays differently, it also uses less resources than Fraps.

I get around the same. I'm getting around 45 when there's a lot of crowds about. Hopefully a few patches and drivers can sort this out.
