I do wonder since the driver knows what bridge you have if Nvidia have made scaling "less optimised" if a non new bridge is dected in certain games. It would explain how the slight differences in the new bridges can in some games have a large boost

What is interesting is the new HB bridge works well and makes a big difference in The Witcher 3 with 2 way Pascal Titans. At first look this looks great but if you run The Witcher with 4 way SLI on old Maxwell Titans the fps are even higher. I know it is 4 cards v 2 cards but that is not the point, the old cards are using an old 4 way SLI connector but are still delivering higher bandwidth due to the fact they are getting higher fps.
 
Just bought one of these also, got a 3 spacing NVIDIA HB SLI bridge off the site £32

Currently using a single EVGA LED SLI v2.0 so ill try and do some benchs on Witcher 3 and Division.

980 SLI here so maybe no difference or maybe an increase who knows. We shall see with the numbers.

I don't think you'll see any difference. Maxwell GPUs can't use both SLI ports in parallel AFAIK.
 
It's snake oil, the x-ray analysis showed that the HB bridge is IDENTICAL to the old LED bridges (which also had optimised traces).

It's, literally, two LED bridges stuck together.

Which is fine and in reviews the results of the LED bridges match the new HB bridges far better than using two flexi bridges. Its only over the flexi bridges that you see massive gains.
