nvidia lightboost?

Hi. I have a asus vg27he monitor so to enable light boost I need to buy the NVidia 3d vision kit. Is using Strobelight - LightBoost Utility from here
http://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Strobelight-LightBoost-Utility-for-AMD-ATI-and-NVIDIA The same quality in 2d mode using the NVidia 3d vision kit with using lightboost for playing in normal 2d at 120hz??.

That's for 2D lightboost, which is used for motion blur reduction (like a CRT) in normal 2D games (FPS games are "2D" not 3D). So yes it will be the same for blur reduction.

The 3d glasses kit is for enabling stereoscopic 3D support.
