NVIDIA MOBO DRIVERS

Could anyone tell me the best way to upgrade my NVIDIA motherboard drivers? My motherboard is an ABIT NF7-S.

I tried to upgrade them to 5.10 and now have an error message on PC Shutdown. I think i probably need to re-install them.

For ref. this is what i did:
1) Uninstalled NVIDIA drivers on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
2) Used Driver Cleaner 3 to remove files
3) Installed NFORCE2 drivers 5.10
4) Installed DX9c
5) Installed latest Forceware drivers

Any ideas what i might have done wrong?

You are unlucky as that sounds like a reasonable way to do it. I use driver cleaner for graphics cards, but give it a miss when it comes to chipset drivers.

If windows restore won't sort it, you may have to reinstall windows.
