Nvidia Monitor Question

Hi All. Just built a new Uber Rig (See sig) and I am getting some interesting information from the Application, Nvidia Monitor that came with the Motherboard. It is showing the following as red for voltages

HT(SPP-MCP) 1.45
PCI-E 1.5

Now the Tooltip is stating that the component may be overstressed and this may lead to damage to my system. Is there anyone with a similar system to mine that can shed some light on this? Also the Memory has 2.1V and is shown as yellow. Again should I be worred about this. Everything else is Green

Ambient Temp is 28 Degrees
CPU temp is 45 Degees
GPU temp is 50 Degrees

That was after playing FEAR with everything on MAX for 30 minutes (Although The Temps were checked about 15 minutes after I closed the game down)

While I am at it are these temps ok?

Your temps are fine. As for the voltages there is no way to be sure that a program is supplying you with the correct voltages, for that you will need to use a multimeter :)

Ok I have been Running the PC for awhile now and the CPU is at 55 Degrees Running EvE Online (Using the Nvidia Monitor Utility). This seems a little high to me. Will try reseating the Heatsink (stock). Anyone know what I can use to remove the TIM on the HSF as i have some Artic Silver I want to try.
