Nvidia Quadro.?

simply put, its for professionals working on CAD.
the cards themselves are based on consumer cards just tweaked ect ect.
 
tbh I don't really understand what exactly these cards do either? Do they support additional features in 3d programs or something?

Because I use Solidworks 2008 at school with Quadros and e6600s and my rig performs many, many times better doing the same things. Yet its just a standard radeon...
