The cards are now listed live on OcUK and this range shall keep growing larger and larger almost daily along with constant edits to the products further updating/improving their descriptions in the run up to the pre-order date over the coming weeks.

Good post informing everyone about the arrangements.

However in previous years a big problem has been even getting onto the website at 2pm, as the demand crashed it. Refreshing didn't work for many people due to something I don't quite understand about caching sites.

Any advice re this problem?
 
Looking at 5070Ti as it's the only sensible card that's not stupid money it seems and barely cut down from the 5080.

Is the site gonna crash again like when 3080 came out? I remember it took me like 3 hours at least to be able to place an order and still had to wait like 6 months for it lol, I guess not as bad this time since no COVID etc..

Are forum members going to get early access before anyone else? Would be nice to get a small early window, even if it were just 5 mins.

We can but hope these go the same way as the PS5 Pro, everyone thought they might be scalped and inflated prices, but they didnt and now they are selling them off on ebay for less than they paid lol. Unfortunately that didnt happen with the disc drive and they still get scalped. It took me 12 months to get a 3090 FE. But they were exceptional times with covid and crypto boom. Now these will never sell for less, but what im saying is maybe the exceptional demand will not materialise or dwindle quickly and we can get one without waiting an age. Im going to try and get a 5090 FE.
 
I'm hoping to snag an MSI Suprim 5090. Stock was good last gen and I didn't have to wait long for mine from OC. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly again this time around. I always value the quality of service I get from OC, and the forums are just great to get a heads-up of which stock is more likely to snag you a card. A few gens ago, I used to have every retailer open simultaneously and went on a mad clickfest when the clock struck the hour, but it got me in trouble and I ended up with three cards once for assuming there'd be no stock by the time I got through checkout:cry:

RRP is only out for FE cards, AIB's will have their own RRP's for their cards, sometimes the AIB may offer a none OC basic SKU at or close to FE MSRP.
