Hardly any scalped 5080 scales going through on eBay, loads of relistings.

The market of silly buyers is drying up for these scalpers. I hope these scalpers miss their retail return window.

They probably made more than enough money already to cover it. I don’t blame them really it’s just a symptom of the world we live in. I mean I too have contributed to it in the past when I needed a PS5 disc drive for my PS5 Pro and grabbed one off eBay as everywhere was out of stock. I don’t think it’s going to stop anytime soon. :(

Seemed to be an insane card to try and scalp to be honest. Probably the only one worth seriously scalping is the 5090FE at the moment, but even thats a risk.

I reckon there will be a lot of people who tried it left with expensive cards they cant shift.
 
2nd in the queue for the air supreme here. 3rd or 4th is my estimated dispatch date. Any longer and i might just drop it tbh. Started at 6 on launch day and i dont like my money being held by someone with nothing to show for it. Deposits should be mandatory next launch
 
I placed my order 4 days ago, so I assume I can expect the 2-6 weeks for the 5070ti

:cry: Imagine going from the high of potentially making a grand on a 5090 to having it returned and having to go through the RMA process with some of these AIBs. A little bit of karma at least.

Half of these high-priced scalped 5090s that were sold on popular auction site will get returned once the buyer finds a cheaper option. Most of the scalped cards are effectively being borrowed now.

Are people really that d**kish to do something like that.
I know, I sometimes buy stuff at the Rainforest for a 30 day trial - But ripping of an individual is different.
Although who is the biggest scum the scalper or the returner?
