I clicked the notification as soon as it popped up this morning, but it had already gone. Getting notified a minute earlier may have made the difference, who knows?
I'm suprised I got one given that I used the free version.
Maybe they're processing push notifications sequentially or in batches, if so there's probably a bit of a delay between the first user or batch of users their database says needs to be notified versus the last.
Maybe sign up again with an email address beginning with the letter "a" just in case they're pulling the results out sorted alphabetically; although I think that's unlikely.
