Essex innit!

Man I am stoked to see these effects in Arkham Knight and seriously looking forward to it.

Effects include:
  • Interactive smoke and fog
  • Interactive paper debris
  • Enhanced rain

Bring on the 23rd of June I say :)

I'm guessing they'll be starting the 'Gotham' series after they've had a good break after the Arkham work ;)

I really did try to like that show but it just didn't happen for me. I gave up after episode 7 or 8.

I am sure AMD will be on this game as well as it is a big, big release and they won't want to let their customers down, so should be good for all.

Ahhh, got ya. Thought you meant the series and I love Batman because.....

I'm Batman

LMAO :D

you think this is good try to play in 3D i personally cant wait to play in 3D after i purchase my 980ti

So much this!

Loved all the Batman games in 3D

I'm a mahoosive fan of the Arkham series and this trailer just made me make a little sex wee :D

LOL :D

I was gutted when this got put back from November but when you see someone adding time to a game, I don't mind. I have the game and DLC all pre-ordered :)

If it supports it this time round! Been a bit stale performance wise and support wise sadly

Yep. I still can't play Trine 3 in 3D and get a monitor connection error. I might even re-install the game and try again though, as others have it running.

Will be interesting to see how this performs with dedicated physX cards (vs without). I have a 780 doing this. Maybe a bit overkill but I tested this in the only benchmark I can see utilises PhysX well (PLAGame bench) and the performance improvement when using a dedicated card vs not was quite staggering. This latter point/bench might actually deserve its own thread at some stage.

A good point. The last few games have had the PhysX effects running on the CPU and in fairness, run very well.

In fairness, I have played a good 30-40 hours on The Witcher 3 and the patches have given me better performance (not that it was bad in the first place) but I am talking from a personal point and I am sure there is people with problems. This is a game that I have not had a single crash in.

Here is my game time...

Until the last two patches ( DLC and 1.05 ), I never had issues. Now I can't even start and finish a short secondary quest without the game crashing. :(

Performance is constantly getting better, but it's not helping if people can't play.

Yeah its shocking but IIRC wasnt the witcher 3 £49.99 on steam at launch as well?

Back on topic I though cannot wait for this!

Ive had several freezes where the audio keeps going and crashes to desktop in TW3. Hasnt spoiled enjoyment of an amazing game though

Ahhh, I was unaware of people having issues since the last patch and that isn't good at all. I haven't played it since Wednesday/Thursday, so might have a butchers later and see if I am getting the same.

:D

Have to agree with others. The smoke doesn't just look garbage but worse still looks like a copy and paste from other Gameworks titles. This is a problem Nvidia will have to address via more customization.

Copy and paste? Copied and pasted from what?

My concern is, if theres no single card out there today that can run Witcher 3 with Hairworks, and practically requires SLI with a top end card, what will this game run like with its numerous additional game work features?

I have been playing TW3 for around 80 hours now on full settings (including HairWorks) and all post processing on a single Titan X @ 1400P, so this is wrong in a big way.
