Doesnt matter if it consumes less power if it can not handle the games whats the point, as for okay performance 7 fps at 1440p is not ok performance. /double shrug.

If you are running a 1440 Mon then you aren't going to be looking at sub £100 VGA solutions.

The review site probably ran it to show its limitation but thinking a sub £100 card will perform anything other than terribly at 1080p+ is unrealistic. It certainly isn't grounds for saying they suck especially given the section if the market they hit and the value on offer. This sort of spec VGA is going to be huge in steambox application where 1080p will be its Max intended resolution

yeah but a sub £100 card is going to bottleneck even if your gaming at 1080p . And wil get worse as games get better . I game at 1080 and just went from 1 agb 6850 to a 4gb 270x . that would last me way longer than a new 1gb card ok its more expensive , but long term is better
