Nvidia temperature monitoring

Since the FX series, nvidia drivers had a temperature monitor.
Try to uninstalling the drivers,(all drivers) and also Updating the chipset drivers, sometimes that is the problem.
Also you could try on guru3d.com for uninstalling utilities, which will clean your registry from coolbits and other settings, like GPU warnings for high temp and overclocking.
