Hopefully someone on here knows how to fix this error I started getting yesterday.
I installed the dragon age 2 beta drivers from nvidia site for my gtx 480 over the weekend and had no trouble until late last night when my pc crashed. Now whenever I start up it will bsod with the error 'nvlddmkm.sys' just after the windows logo dissapears.
I am fine if i boot up in safe mode and I'm also fine if I remove the drivers when in safe mode and reboot into windows. However as soon as I install the drivers again (or the previous WHQL drivers from Jan that I'd been running with for a couple of months) I will get the same problem with the nvlddmkm.sys bsod. Also tried driver cleaner with no luck so done a full format and still the same issue.
Tried googling and although finding a few other people with this problem can't find any fix for it.
On top of that the card is water cooled so I imagine my warranty will be void if a replacement is needed :/
