I fitted a new NVMe drive in my PC today, but realised after fitting it that I forgot to use the standoff screw to secure it to the standoff before replacing the mobo's heatsink cover.
Is that likely to be a problem? It's a WD Blue SN550 2TB, and the mobo is an MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk. It's in the M2_1 slot between the GPU and CPU.
I'm guessing that with the in-built heatsink of the mobo pressing against it, it should be pretty snug anyway, but do you think I should open it back up and screw it in properly? It's working fine after installation, but if it could cause problems then I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.
