NZXT case fans not working?

I recently bought the ..
"Titan 450i Sabre" Intel Core i7 4770K @ 4.4GHz Overclocked Haswell Quad Core Gaming PC

The case is a NZXT 530 and has 2 large case fans, one at the front and one at the back. I've had the machine for a few days now and neither of the fans have worked.

Does anyone know if I have to do anything specific with this case to get them to work?

It was built by overclockers not myself.

I'd open up your case and check the connection of the fans and see if they are connected to the fan controller. Then just make sure that the fan controller itself is being powered up. That's the only thing I could suggest.

If the fans are connected to the fan controller and fan controller is being powered up then just try the speed dials to see if you get a response. If not then im afraid something is faulty.
