o/c'd E6750 worth the upgrade?

currently have an E6750 o/c'd to 3.2ghz with a Asus P5k-E M/b 2Gb ram and Arctic Freezer 7 cooler and just wondered if it would be worth upgrading this along with a newer cooler, to maybe a Q9550/9650 and see any significant/moderate increase in performance, n.b. also buying a new Graphics card (4890) for the upgrade

Id wait and save for i5 or i7. Upgrading on 775 is prob not the best thing to do

I think you'd be ok just upgrading the graphics card for now. It depends if you play quad core optimised games or not and whether you do any encoding.

If it was me, I'd consider keeping my dual core and use the extra to get a new 5870.
