O&O Defrag, which algorith?

It has 5 different types of defrag, coplete/space, complete/access etc. Which do people use? I haven't got a clue really.

I used access. Works best for me, as everything afterwards is fast to open. :cool:

Complete Name, then stealth for the occasional defrag.

Reboot, and do a Complete-Access straight away. Lightning fast startup....and all your most recently accessed files follow.
