=o WinTV PCI card... HELP!

Right, so this card just arrived along with two 80mm fans. I open up my case and go to install it, but I notice the card has 3 sections on the bottom, but the PCI slot only has 2:

I cant get it in at all, I've tried pushing with a little bit of force, but nothing

Any help?

Is it maybe a PCI-Express card?

If so I could swap you for the PCI version I have.

Nah i just realised its not XD. I was just confused because of the three sections at the bottom. I tried putting it in again and it just slid in easily. But now when I try to find channels, nothing happens
