O2/Bethere Slowdown

After however many years of faultless service, last night I had my first problem!
Last night my connection suddenly slowed right down. Rubbish download speed and pings (upload speed still normal though).

(Ignore the blip at 10:45, that was me power cycling the modem).

So when I got up this morning I was celebrating, it's fixed!

But now, things have slowed right down again

Didnt they recently get taken over by Sky?

That was recently announced, but nothing has happened yet (6-12months away from changes apparently).

Yep, same thing for me, congestion as a whole on a night makes my connection very poor

Shame really as the service was excellent until 2-3 months ago
