pay & go need to change it to payandgo.o2.co.uk for mms and cellular data network as far as I'm aware.

Theres an issue with publishing pictures to MobileMe as well, mine refuses to send over anything other than BTOpenZone, My MM account is fine, support have set me a test account to try and that fails as well, everything is fine their end, it just doesn't work using 02's network at all. Slightly annoying, I have set up my email on my phone to each of my galleries and have to send pictures that way, a work around but not an elegant solution. :/
