O2 contact email

Does anyone have a contact email for o2 i want to check some details on an order i placed and i cant find an email for them any where on the site it just seems to take me to the online help which is useless :rolleyes:

If you already have/know your O2 number then you email them via a web page on the o2 website, if you dont have an o2 number then you'll have to call them

You COULD try [email protected] however I only have got emails from them so don't know if you can email them or if it'll bounce so no guarantees

I just joined O2 and was rather annoyed at how hard it was to find their CS email address. Found the one mentioned above but didn't get a reply so I ended up calling which is your best bet.
