o2 contract upgrades

Bonjour mes amis.


I'm currently in about the 9th month of a 12 month contract with o2 through Dialaphone.

I'm on a £35/month tarrif with the N96 free.

How would I go about upgrading to the N97 when it is released?

Do I need to wait until my contract is about to end?

Usually about a month before the end of the contract they let you have a new phone to keep you with on their network.

If you want a new phone before then, chances are you'll have to pay so much, unless of course you ring them, and try the old 'other networks would let me upgrade now' trick. They'll do anything to keep your business.

o2 will only deal with you when you are in your last month of your contract.

If someone does not phone you then just give them a call yourself they will be able to give you a date for that phone and a price.
