Just tried to order the SGS2 from 02. First two times, it said payment not authorised and told me to "Click on the change payment button" or "cancel transaction". The first option had no button on the webpage. So, I cancelled the order and started again. Same thing happened, even though there is plenty of moola in the old account.

So, this morning, I try again (both of these transactions are through topcashback btw). This time, it accepts my payment and proceeds to complete. It then says, why not try o2 recycle, click here.

IE on the other hand wants to block the pop up so I allow it, which obviously refreshes the page. The page loads and says "session timed out, we logged you out because the session timed out".

Now, I have no confirmation of my order, I don't know where to look for confirmation on o2's website. I tried again to order with the same card and this time it says payment not authorised!!!

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

What's the bet I end up with two phones :(

Anyone else had issues? Where on O2 site can I look to see if an order is being processed?
 
Ring them. Phone companies usually halt orders if your final steps go wrong to avoid issues like this.
 
I tried many many times to order my SGS2 from them, system is absolute rubbish. First tried with my card which then said wasn't authorised, so I phoned my bank and they said the postcode was wrong and blocking it (it wasn't wrong!). Then tried in the shop a few times; still the same problem. Eventually after more faffing about I had to order it on my mums card because they blocked mine for trying too many times! Still no confirmation either.
