Ill be contacting o2 soon as i'm on a contract with them.

Basicly a building has been taken down in the area, sadly the o2 mast was ONTOP of this building. Now i get a really rubbish signal at home with my mobile (where i use it most). Just wondering if anyone knows how this would affect my contract with them because my phone is basicly useless at home now. No local news about the mast going back up.

Just wanted to ask if this would affect my contract with them before i rang them uncase they tryed to fob me off.
Thanks danny.

I really dont think they will do anything, its only 1 mast down after all. That it effects you in your home will be tuff luck i would imagine.

They will normally resite any masts that have to be removed through demolition, unfortunately it can take some time as they have to go through the planning again and all the connections have to be implemented to the new cell site.
And as above, its pretty much tough luck, all the network operators will be the same, nothing they can do, the network is there for you to use anywhere, not just in your home which is what your paying for (full network useage).

Tony:)

Three were good with me, when one of their masts went down near where I lived they let me end my contract early (6 months into a 24 month contract), but I don't know about O2
