HI all, just wondering if I have a phone with O2 online and I want to upgrade, can I go to an O2 store and do it as they have a wider variety of phones available?

Yes, O2 told Me I could go to the big big store chain to get a different handset

Sorry I can't say the name encase I get a ban ;)

Huh?

He's asking if you can go to an o2 store if you have an o2 online contract - why would you need to mention a competitor?

As far as I know you cant go to the store, they are totally different. At least thats definitely what they used to say. The easiest way would be to speak to someone at o2 online. Youll get a better deal through the retentions department over the phone, so I wouldnt bother trying the store if I were you.

I would do that but their range of phones is quite frankly woeful.

Absolutely nothing apart from the iPhone for which they have the crappest tarrifs known to man.

Sadly O2's choice of phones is dire, i guess they dumped so much into getting exclusivity on the iphone.
