I've returned 4+ iPhones at 02 because I scratched them and wanted a refund (I told them it was an unwanted gift )

I went in, bought iphone, went home, ziphoned - jobs a goodun!

Even a good chain of shops have a bad shop somewhere.

CPW are known for having appalling sales staff and very difficult customer service after the purchase has been made... just because you had a good experience doesn't change this. They have an awful reputation.
