O2 Order Question

Hey guys, bit of a vauge title i know, but i recently placed an order for a new Contract phone on the website, only after noticing i actually picked the wrong phone lol wanted the k850, instead i picked the k810, dont ask how, i just did..

Now my question is, is there anything i can do to get it changed? or wait till i get the k810, ring them an explain, and hopefully they will change the phone?

I dont know really, thats why i turn to the OcUK phone bodys
 
Well if it's a new contract under the 14 day cooling of period you can change your phone to something else, but i was told that you could only do it once again after that. I just canceled it and sent the phone back and then opened up a new contract and re-ordered after not liking my phone but you should be allowed a straight switch.

They will just send a courier round your house, check your box to see if everythings there and take it and hand you a new one on your doorstep, that's what they did when my k810i was damaged 2 days after having it.
