o2 Retentions

Are these guys for real or do they just not want new customers? I've emailed them, phoned them spending ages on hold to enquire about the Orange deal, absolutely nothing.

Oh well, half an hour on hold. I certainly won't be ordering anything from them.

Oops, not great. What did you need to know? I suppose these types of companies work best for people that are prepared to do everything online and hope that nothing goes wrong.

I simply wanted to know if they had the Desire in stock and how long their half price line rental offer would be on for. Emailed them, was on hold for ages, I'll go elsewhere in November.
